  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
